Deliveries 

Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. Your orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, then will take 7-15 days to be delivered worldwide. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, sometimes delivery may be delayed for a few days due to postal restrictions. Please be understanding, and we will make sure everyone receives their Shapely products!

 

Where do you dispatch orders from?

We hold inventory of our products in the UK, Germany and Asia. Occasionally if a locations inventory is out of stock, we will dispatch your order from another countries warehouse to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible!

All customs fees and clearance will be paid for prior to dispatch by Shapely, so don't worry, you do not have to pay any fees! Our delivery worldwide from any country is only around 7 days, but in rare cases it could take up to 15 business days.

 

Shapely Returns

 You have 14 days from the date of delivery/receiving of your order to return or exchange your item(s) after that, we can no longer issue a store credit or replacement due to health and hygienic reasons.

We thank you for your understanding.

Free Items acquired via any promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.


We don't provide shipping labels, so return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To ensure we can track the journey of your return, please use a tracked shipping method.

Returns are free of charge, though it's worth noting that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 14 days of the delivery/receiving of the order.
  2. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. 
  3. The product must be in a new or undamaged condition without stain, perfume smell, or deformation and in its original packaging. We simply ask that you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. Returned products will be inspected and any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. 
  4. Returns are only available in the UK and the US.
Please show off your photographic skills and take a picture of the item before sending it back to us. This way, we'll be able to evaluate its condition. Thanks for your help!

Store Credit
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Store Credit equal to the paid price of the pieces returned. You will receive your store credit in the form of a gift card via email. The gift card has no expiration date and can be passed on to someone else. Please note: As a small brand, we are unable to offer any cash refunds.
